大客户销售经理 Key Account Manager (Full time)

Report To :      Head of Channel Management

We also develop an all-in-one digital dentistry platform solutions, supporting collaborative workflows between dental clinics and labs. Our goal is to provide innovative technology and the highest quality products to ensure mutual growth for all partners. Through innovation and customer care, we drive the digital dentistry revolution.

Main mission:

Due to the need of business expansion, we are recruiting 1 Technical Sales Representative, who will be responsible for providing local technical support and trainings of intraoral scanner to dealers and end-users. South China market is very important, and we don't have our own TSR to support local users. Moreover, local TSR will be able to understand local market and competitor trend to help us to make more informed business decisions.


1.         Responsible for driven Sales targets in North Region.


2.         Responsible for before sales demonstrations to end-users with Medit products.

3.         Responsible for after sales installation of Medit products to end-users (clinics, DSOs and labs).

负责为终端用户(诊所、DSO 和加工所)安装 Medit 产品的售后服务。

4.         Regular customer return visits for assistance of the transformation of clinics going digital.


5.         Support seminars and marketing activities of local distributors.


6.         Develop and manage local KOLs and maintain good relationships.

开发和管理本地 KOL 并保持良好关系

7.         Research local market and competitor trend.


8.         Provide online / onsite trainings and technical supports to dealers and end-users with Medit products.

为经销商和最终用户提供 Medit 产品的在线/现场培训和技术支持

9.         Other support duties for local market.



1.         At least 8 years of Sales work experience with a dental company (manufacturer or distributor).

至少 8 年牙科公司(制造商或经销商)销售工作经验

2.         Excellent Sales skills and dental industry resources, have professional relationships with labs, DSOs and clinics.

具有出色的销售技能和牙科行业资源,与加工所、DSO 和诊所有稳定关系。

3.         Good sense of service and ability to demonstrate to dental professionals.


4.         Handle business trips


Preferred Qualifications:

1.         Work experience in intraoral scanner or dental CAD/CAM market or in a related field.

口内扫描仪或牙科 CAD/CAM 市场或相关领域的工作经验

2.         Work experience in technical supports.


3.         Excellent communication skills to complex technical information to dental professionals.


4.         Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with dental professionals.


5.         Ability to deal with problems and complaints.


6.         Ability to work under pressure, strong learning ability and team work spirit.


7.         Fluent in English.
