We also develop an all-in-one digital dentistry platform solutions, supporting collaborative workflows between dental clinics and labs. Through innovation and customer care, we drive the digital dentistry revolution.
Main mission:
Due to the need of business expansion, we are recruiting 1 Technical Sales Representative, who will be responsible for providing local technical support and trainings of intraoral scanner to dealers and end-users. West China market is very important, and we don't have our own TSR to support local users. Moreover, local TSR will be able to understand local market and competitor trend to help us to make more informed business decisions.
Responsibilities:
1. Accomplish sales target according to MEDIT's requirement
根据 MEDIT 的要求完成销售目标
2. Make and carry out the sales plan of target customers in order to achieve the sales target
制定并执行目标客户的销售计划,以实现销售目标
3. Develop new customers(Labs, DSO, Distributers), support and maintain good relationship with current customers, to enhance the market share and competitiveness of MEDIT
开发新的潜在客户(加工所,民营/公立经销商),支持和维护现有客户的良好关系,提高MEDIT的市场份额和竞争力
4. Provide online / onsite trainings and technical supports to dealers and end-users with Medit products.
为经销商和终端用户提供有关 Medit 产品的在线/现场培训和技术支持。
5. Responsible for before sales demonstrations to end-users with Medit products.
负责在销售前向最终用户演示 Medit 产品。
6. Responsible for after sales installation of Medit products to end-users (clinics, DSOs and labs).
负责向最终用户(诊所、DSO 和加工所)提供 Medit 产品的售后安装服务
7. Regular customer return visits for assistance of the transformation of clinics going digital.
定期回访客户,协助诊所进行数字化转型。
8. Support seminars and marketing activities of local customers.
支持当地客户的研讨会和营销活动。
9. Develop and manage local KOLs and maintain good relationships.
开发和管理本地 KOL 并保持良好关系。
10. Research local market and competitor trend.
研究当地市场和竞争对手动向
11. Other support duties for local market.
当地市场的其他支持职责。
Qualifications:
1. At least 3 years of work experience with a dental company (Lab or distributor).
至少 3 年牙科公司(加工所或经销商)工作经验。
2. Solid relationships with local Labs, clinics, DSO. With Lab IOS sales and customer resources are preferred.
与当地加工所、诊所、DSO 有稳固的关系,有加工所口扫销售经验及客户资源优先。
3. Good sense of service and ability to demonstrate to dental professionals.
良好的服务意识和向牙科专业人士展示的能力。
4. Live and work in Sichuan is preferred.

5. Handle short business trips in mainland China.
能在接受短期出差。
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Work experience in intraoral scanner or dental CAD/CAM market or in a related field.

2. Work experience in technical supports.

3. Excellent communication skills to train, educate and communicate complex
